Procedure:

Use a small saucepan, combine cornstarch and sweetener. Then add the orange juice and stir in. Bring to a boil by stirring constantly. Cook until the mixture is bubbly and thickened, then remove it from heat. Stir in the extract and cool it completely. Use a bowl to combine strawberries and orange juice by stirring gently. Cover it and let it chill for around 30 minutes. Spoon some sauce over the dessert shells in order to serve.

Vanilla Bean Angel Food Cake

This angel food cake has zero cholesterol or saturated fat and 0.1 grams of total fat.
Ingredients:
1 (2-inch) piece lengthwise split vanilla bean
1 1/2 cups divided sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon tartar cream
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup (about 4 ounces) sifted cake flour
12 large egg whites
Procedure:
First step is to preheat your oven to 325 degrees F. Then use a small bowl to place 3/4 cup sugar. Scrape seeds from vanilla bean, discard bean and add the seeds to sugar. Mix in with fingers the vanilla seeds into sugar until they are well combined. Use a dry measuring cup to lightly spoon flour in then level with a knife. Combine sugar mixture and flour by stirring with a whisk.
Use a mixer to beat egg whites at high speed until they get foamy. Add the salt and cream of tartar, then beat until forming soft peaks. Add at a time two tablespoons of the remaining 3/4 cup sugar, beating until forming stiff peaks then also beat in the juice. Sift at a time 1/4 cup of flour mixture over egg white mixture, then fold in after each addition. Use a 10-inch tube pan to spoon the batter in. Bake at 325 degrees for around 50 minutes. Invert pan, cool completely, then invert cake onto plate.

Carrot Cake Recipes
